Privacy Policy
What we collect
Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, optionally your phone number, project of interest and message, plus the date of consent. To prevent abuse we keep a cryptographic hash of the IP address, not the plain address.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request about SOBHA properties in Dubai. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
Your data is never sold. It may be shared with the developer Sobha Realty only as needed to send you an offer, with your agreement. Data is stored with a cloud infrastructure provider.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request, then deleted on request or at the end of the relationship.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may complain to the supervisory authority (ANSPDCP). For any request write to contact@razvanpascu.ro.
